Whipped Cream - Toddler Activity

Here is an easy sensory activity that will brighten any child’s day and put a smile on their face…and yours.
This activity takes under a minute to prepare and is loads of fun for toddlers. There may be a bit of clean up afterwards, however doing this outside on a nice summer day makes the clean up effortless.

1) Place Whipped Cream or Shaving Cream in a sensory bin/tray

2) Add in drops of food colouring

3) Watch your toddler mix the colours together using a variety of tools. We used wooden spoons and a little toy rake!

If using shaving cream, the more you mix the foamier it becomes. Just ensure you watch your children so they do not try tasting the shaving cream.
