Rock Painting - A Fun Craft for Kids

Who or what has been your ROCK lately?
I have had a few rocks during these crazy times I thought I would share.
- My husband is not only my biggest supporter but the most hands on Dad I could ever dream of.
- My children make me strive to BE my best, to DO my best, they are my motivation and my ROCKS.
- Finally, my workouts give me time to focus on myself, reducing stress and allowing me to sleep better…which as moms we can all use more of.

Here is a fun activitiy to do with your toddler, ask them what they enjoyed doing this week. Open the discussion and increase their vocabulary while painting some ROCKS.

1) Find various sized rocks and pick your favourite washable paint colours.
2) Have your kids paint the rocks while asking them open ended questions to encourage conversations and increase their vocabulary.
