Ice Painting for Kids

Who wouldn’t love ICE painting followed by some ICE CREAM!
That’s exactly what we did today. I guess part of me is still holding onto a piece of summer. If it is still HOT where you live, this would be perfect for you!

Instructions:
1) Simply place water in an old shallow Tupperware fill 3/4 full.
2) Let the water freeze overnight.
3) In the morning, get out some paint and a variety of brushes and watch the colours swirl over the ice.

I have done this activity with many different types of paint and honestly it works great with any. As long as it’s washable you are ready to go! Just have a painting cape to protect any clothing and I place a drop sheet underneath for extra protection of our floors.
